It's a bit wet and rainy today in Woopi, but with an idyllic year-round sub-tropical climate, where summer temps average 26°C to 27°C and winters are a mild 19°C to 20°C, we aren't complaining!

Here's another video from our recent Open Day and Stage 2 launch - there's even some cheeky drone shots included showing how amazing it is beginning to look on site at Swell Woolgoolga, where Release 1 is nearing completion.

A fun time was had by all - the shared energy and connections made were a glimpse into the crystal ball of a future at Swell Woolgoolga, where like-minded neighbours become friends and family members of all ages and abilities can explore, connect or unwind in shared community green spaces.
