Want to check out the construction progress on site at Swell? Come along to our Open Day on 27 September, and you can walk the first 30 homesites nearing completion!

Lots in the first stage are at their completed levels, roads are formed with final asphalt pour happening this month, and new footpaths connect The Retreat neighbourhood to the adjoining Wiigulga Sports Complex.

This photo was taken in July, and we've progressed even further since then, so we encourage you to join us to view how incredible it looks for yourself!

Final homesites are now selling in Release 1 from $490,000*, and we will be unveiling Release 2 homesites and new house & land packages at the open day.

Yarrawarra means “happy greeting place” in Gumbaynggirr and Yarrawarra Aboriginal Cultural Centre is certainly a happy greeting place in our beautiful part of the world.

Just 10 mins north of Swell, at Corrindi Beach on the Mid North Coast, it brings together an art gallery, museum, bush tucker cafe, gift shop and accommodation on a peaceful Coffs Coast bushland site.

It’s worth a visit to this special place to learn about the history and deep connection to Country of our local traditional custodians.

The gallery and museum are fantastic, with beautiful Indigenous artworks and other items available to purchase - these aren’t shown in the video taken at our recent visit, to respect the wishes of the gallery owners not to photograph these unique, creative and special works - so you’ll just have to visit for yourself!
