Astoria Asset Management Ltd, was Airdrie’s first local property management established in 2005 and in 2009 expanded management services to Cochrane and our next step was Calgary in 2011. Astoria’s mandate is to provide quality, professional property management services to all of their clients while effectively minimizing their involvement. Being a locally owned and managed company, Astoria can provide a small company management style offering a personal touch while having the knowledge of larger firms. Astoria has been member of the Airdrie Chamber of Commerce for 7 years and Lorelei Talbot owner and broker was a Director of the Board for 4 years, Secretary for 2 of those. Astoria is also involved or assists in many community programs and fundraisers, along with holding a charity golf tournament for past 3 years, in support of Victims of Family Violence and the Airdrie Food Bank.
