What happens when your property has been on the market for 7 months and still hasn’t sold? Sometimes it doesn’t need more time. It just needs a different strategy.

This estate condo had been listed for 7 months without a successful offer. When the listing expired, the family reached out to our team after seeing our real estate marketing and presence throughout the Hamilton-Burlington community.

We gave the property a fresh start; New price, new marketing, new exposure and a new selling strategy. And within 60 days, we 𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗗 it FIRM for 95% of the asking price, with a quick closing. 🙌🏼

Has anyone actually bought one of the first houses they looked at?👀

Well funny you should ask. During our discovery call, these first-time buyers asked me if I’d ever had clients buy the first house they saw. I said yes. And they basically thought that (and maybe those buyers?! lol) sounded CRAZY. 😂

Fast forward a few showings and while it wasn’t technically house #1., It was house #4. Close enough. 😂👏🏼

When the right house, the right location and the right opportunity line up, you just know. And the best part? They didn’t rush into anything. We talked through the market, the numbers, the property and the offer strategy so they could feel confident making a move even if it happened a whole lot faster than they expected (we even got ourselves a home inspection and financing!)
