Not every sale happens quickly. But every sale deserves a strategy.

This family home hit the market this past winter during an exceptionally challenging resale market, especially in this price range.

With Ontario’s new HST rebates on new construction we found the competition for resale homes became even tougher.

So we adapted.

We continued marketing. We followed up with past interest. We connected with REALTORS® who had buyers. We tried new approaches. And we kept having the conversations. Until the right buyer came along after a previous offer didn’t come together.

In fact, this sale came with a little full-circle surprise: the eventual buyers were a family our team had met at multiple open houses when the home first came to market. Months later, they returned with their REALTOR® — and the rest is SOLD. 🔑
