Spring competition is alive! When this happens Buyers must make a difficult decision: either walk away from a home they loved or move forward without having their own home sold.
Some buyers simply can't purchase without selling first. Others are comfortable moving ahead regardless. And sometimes it falls somewhere in between, requiring creative solutions, strategic planning, and support from mortgage professionals or family to make it work.
I've had to watch some wonderful clients walk away from homes they truly loved because it was the right financial decision for them.
But this one was different.
We received notice over the weekend, and we used every minute available to make sure my buyer had all the information, financing, and support needed to confidently waive the condition and move forward.

Walking buyers through these moments is easily one of the most nerve-racking parts of my job. The stakes are high, the timelines are tight, and the decisions can have a major impact on someone's future. But when everything comes together and a buyer gets the home they were hoping for, it's one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
Congratulations to my buyer on trusting the process, doing the work, and securing a home that was worth fighting for. ๐กโจ Thanks to Sandra Hussey & her team for making this transaction a seamless one!
