📣 Looking for a Compassionate, Reliable Helper to Join Our Downsizing Team (Part-Time / As Needed)

As my downsizing business continues to grow, I’m looking for a wonderful person to help support families during one of the biggest transitions of their lives.

This is not a full-time position. Work is provided on an as-needed basis, making it ideal for someone looking to supplement their income, earn extra money on the side, or work flexible hours.

I’m looking for someone who is:

✅ Compassionate and patient
✅ Honest and trustworthy
✅ Reliable and dependable
✅ Organized and detail-oriented
✅ Comfortable helping people sort, declutter, and pack
✅ Able to provide thorough, efficient cleaning
✅ Physically able to lift, carry, and move household items as needed
✅ In possession of reliable transportation
✅ Experienced in cleaning, organizing, downsizing, moving assistance, senior support, home care, estate clearing, or similar work

Many of our clients are seniors or families going through emotional life transitions, so kindness, empathy, and good listening skills are just as important as cleaning and organizing abilities.
