What happens when you put three Burlington Dads on a golf course for 9 holes…and bring a videographer along to capture everything? 😂⛳️🎥

I had an absolute blast hitting the course with Jamie Kozub and Chris Carter, two amazing guys who helped found the Burlington Dads non-profit organization as we know it today and continue to play a huge role in the Burlington Dads community and Facebook group — now 7,200+ members strong!

These guys also happen to be the personalities behind S**t My Dad Taught Me, an incredibly entertaining podcast that has taken off in a BIG way — 70,000+ followers and more than 3 MILLION views per month! 🔥

So naturally, I thought it would be a good idea to spend 9 holes asking them questions while we attempted to play some golf. 😂

Thanks to Strategic Content Marketing and Coaching for coming out and capturing the day. We ended up with some fantastic conversations, great stories, questionable golf shots, unsolicited advice, and more than a few moments that probably should have stayed on the golf course. 🤣

New listings and sales dipped slightly, while inventory held steady at around 4 months. Burlington remains mildly seller-favouring, with detached and semi-detached homes showing particularly strong seller conditions.

🏡 Hamilton
New listings and sales also edged down, with inventory at approximately 5.7 months. Hamilton remains in buyer’s-market territory, but conditions are gradually moving toward a more balanced market.

🏡 Oakville
New listings and sales saw a slight week-over-week decrease, while months of supply remained relatively steady. Current absorption rates point to mild seller’s-market conditions, with semi-detached homes showing stronger seller conditions.
