📚 Real Estate Terminology: Irrevocable
An irrevocable is the amount of time an offer remains open before it expires.
In simple terms, it's the deadline for responding to an offer.
For example, if an offer has an irrevocable period until 8:00 PM, the seller has until that time to accept, reject, or negotiate.
Why does it matter? ⬇️
A shorter irrevocable period can create urgency, while a longer one gives everyone more time to review the details.
