🍌🍫 PROTEIN BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS 🍫🍌
Soft, fluffy, naturally sweetened, and packed with protein 🙌 Perfect for busy mornings, post-workout snacks, or when you want something cozy and homemade.
Made with extra ripe bananas + protein powder from  💪
✨ Ingredients
• 3 extra ripe bananas
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 cup protein powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• Chocolate chips 🍫
✨ Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F
2. Mix wet ingredients until smooth
3. In another bowl combine dry ingredients
4. Fold wet into dry until just combined
5. Fill muffin cups full + top with extra chocolate chips
6. Bake 5 mins at 425°F, then reduce heat to 350°F and bake another 12–15 mins
The result? Warm bakery-style banana muffins with melty chocolate chips and extra protein 🤍
