Canmore Real Estate in the midst of COVID-19 (long post but important!)

It's taken a few weeks for the shock of Covid-19 to sink in and establish some new ways to help people searching for a new home, or selling theirs. The immediate priorities everyone has over health, wellness, and financial security remain, but for those that need real estate services, realtors have been deemed an essential service in Alberta and my advice/services remain available. New processes to enable digital property tours and limit the need for in-person signing means successful property transactions are still happening. “Low-touch” real estate is here.

FIRST, BE WELL. Look after your family and community as a priority. If you feel well and want to explore real estate, then great! But for everyone's safety be honest with yourself and stay home if you're not. REAL ESTATE STILL HAPPENS. The life-events that prompt people to move home still apply even with Covid-19 in the background. Someone may have had a baby and be looking for a new home, empty-nesters downsize, and those relocating for work or retirement may still be looking for a home.
