A little about me for any new faces here.

Hi, I'm Kat.
I started my own Real Estate career in 2011 in the busy and demanding Vancouver Real Estate market. Prior to entering the Real Estate business, I devoted my time to a significant amount of volunteer work and fundraising for charities including Unicef, Save The Children, Canuck Place and the Red Cross. I was personally responsible for fundraising over half a million dollars for these groups. Through this, I discovered my passion for customer service and sales and decided to begin my Real Estate career.

My family has a long history working in the Real Estate industry; they owned their owned brokerage in Vancouver, and I was literally born into the business. My mother took me under her wing as a mentor with the added benefit of over 30 years of Real Estate sales and over 10 years of Real Estate Appraisal experience. She never let me make the rookie mistakes! After 5 years in the Vancouver Real Estate market and after having a family of my own I decided to move back to Vancouver Island where my heart yearned to be. I have now been working in the Comox Valley / North Island for over 10 years and have established myself in this amazing community that I call home.
