NOVEMBER MARKET STATS ARE OUT! 🔔 📊

The housing market in the Greater Vancouver region for November 2025 continues to favour buyers as some key metrics shift:

• Home sales were down 14.3% 📉 compared to the same month last year.
• The number of listings rose 📈 , with active inventory up about 13% year-over-year.
• 🏡 The benchmark home price sits at approximately $1,132,500, representing a drop of about 3.4% from November 2024.

October Market Stats Are Out!

Here’s the latest from the Greater Vancouver REALTORS® for Metro Vancouver:

📉 Home sales dropped by 14 % compared with October 2024 (2,255 vs 2,632).
📦 Listings are up — there are 16,393 active properties, a 13.2 % increase from last year, and 35.9 % above the 10‑year seasonal average.
🏠 The benchmark price for all residential properties sits at $1,132,500, which is 3.4 % lower than October 2024 and 0.8 % lower than September 2025.

SEPTEMBER MARKET STATS ARE OUT!

Another Bank of Canada rate cut and easing prices helped home sales registered on the MLS® in Metro Vancouver edge higher relative to September last year.

Here’s a little breakdown:

●September sales were up 1.2% from the same month last year.
●There were 6.2% more homes listed than the previous year.
●The benchmark price for a home in Metro Vancouver was $1,142,100.
