We started looking at properties with multiple homes, that would suit a multi-generational living situation. Some of them were great, but didn’t quite work.

We talked about how fantastic it would be to buy the perfect piece of land, and then build the perfect accommodation instead of compromising and ‘making it work’.

And then the universe presented us with 5 acres in arguably one of the most beautiful locations in the world. Stoneyhill, just outside of Maple Bay.

After lots of brainstorming, meetings, research and assistance from people in the know…. My clients bought it.

I’m genuinely excited to see this project take shape, and for this family to settle down in such an unreal location.

A 2 bedroom 1300+ sqft home in great condition, with a good driveway, covered parking, nice outdoor area, located in Mill Bay for less than $420k is absolutely impossible.

Wrong. ❌

The catch is, you need to be 55+. But luckily these clients have been around the sun enough times to snag such a deal 😂.

The perfect downsizing situation, without sacrificing any comforts or location. Love it.
