After searching for the perfect home that checked all the boxes, we finally found the one.

My clients first saw the property at the open house on Sunday. They loved it, but weren't quite 100% ready to move forward. Unfortunately, by Monday morning, it had already sold. They were so disappointed, knowing they had missed out on the home they really wanted.

That's when I encouraged them not to give up and suggested we submit a backup offer. Sometimes persistence pays off and this time, it certainly did. The original deal fell through, and our backup offer moved into first position and was accepted!
