I know of a younger couple with 2 sons.
They are both 28 years of age.
They are in desperate need of a new residence.
They are currently located in Peterborough.
They were living in a basement apartment
in Peterborough up to about 6 weeks ago.
That is when the hole family's lives changed for the worst.
Do to no fault of there own they were in involved in a devastating house fire and lost everything they owned.
The upper unit tenant fell asleep during the night with a cigarette.
They have a budget of $1400.00.
They must have a 2 bedroom
Please if anyone has any thing they would be willing to rent to them please do so.
I have known Jake since he was born.
He is a great young man.
Does not party in any way.
His cominlaw law wife Jasmine is a total lady very respectful & responsible.
They are looking in the Peterborough area to Durham Region.
They are currently located in a Family SHELTER IN PETERBOROUGH.

We’ve been made aware of a safety concern involving a man in the Colborne area who has been contacting REALTORS® to view a rural property alone. He is reportedly asking agents to get into his vehicle — a Bronco with removable sides — and has made inappropriate and unsettling comments to at least one agent.

Please use extreme caution if you receive a similar request.

Do not agree to meet anyone alone at a rural or vacant property. Always follow your personal safety protocols when scheduling showings with unknown individuals.

If you experience or witness any suspicious or concerning behaviour, we strongly encourage you to contact local authorities immediately and let CLAR know so we can help inform and protect other Members.
