Today, on the 25th anniversary of Sept. 11, 2001, we remember the lives lost, the heroes who stepped forward & the lasting impact of that day.

The National Day of Service & Remembrance reminds us that service is more than a duty. It is a bond that connects us all.

We honour those who served & continue to serve, embodying the enduring spirit of unity, courage & resilience. We also remember those who have lost their lives to 9/11-related illnesses in the years since. Their sacrifice remains an enduring part of this legacy & they will never be forgotten.

Teach your kids that:

• They shouldn’t engage in anything that makes them uncomfortable or would get them in trouble with you
• It’s never too late to seek help from parents, educators, counsellors, practitioners, police or other trusted adults – they're here to help!
