Established in 2015. Came to Canada as an immigrant in 2007, got fascinate about my first Apar

tment that i moved , Used to wondering how these buildings are still standing and strong! This Curiosity led me to the Being Home Inspector and finally in 2011 bought own Townhouse, i was very excited, it was my one of biggest decision of my life. I hired Home Inspector to protect my investment. Truly he did a great job, but he was fast and i was excited , i couldn't understand the findings or the report. In 2015 I became Residential Home Inspector and Air Quality and Mold Testing Skills, I was so excited, I call all my all friends and families for their home Inspection, i was excited and wanted to use my skills and to know what they think about my services, get their feedback and improve. I Still feel superexcite everyday as i help my client with their biggest investment. Is that fresh spring mulch an upgrade or a strategic cover-up?

As the Edmonton snow disappears, many homeowners rush to refresh their landscaping. While it looks great, fresh mulch or new flower beds can sometimes hide winter thaw damage, poor grading, or water pe*******on issues.

Here is how to look past the curb appeal and spot the real condition:

- Check the Slope: Ensure the ground still slopes away from the foundation. New mulch often levels things out, which can lead to water pooling against your walls.
- Watch for Tide Marks: Look for white mineral deposits (efflorescence) on the foundation just above the new mulch line. This indicates long-term moisture.
- Look for Settlement: Fresh dirt can hide areas where the soil has sunk over the winter, a common cause of basement leaks.
