When the voices surrounding our daughters are loud—be louder.

Raising confident girls in a world of filters, comparison and constant opinions isn’t easy. They’re being influenced younger than ever, and long before they realize it, they’re learning how to speak to themselves by listening to the voices around them.

I hope she grows up believing her body is something to care for, not criticize. That being strong is something to celebrate. That her worth has nothing to do with likes, trends or fitting into someone else’s idea of enough.

But more than anything, I hope she learns to be kind. To include others. To stand up for what’s right. To speak to people with compassion. To be the kind of person who makes others feel seen.
