Wood Buffalo Housing (WBH) is a not-for- profit, arm’s length Part 9 subsidiary of the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo

WBH offers rental units at least 10 percent below market rates for the people of Fort McMurray, as well as the rural hamlets of Conklin, Janvier, Anzac and Fort Chipewyan. There are no income caps for this housing and anyone can apply. As a provincially designated Housing Management Body, WBH also manages social and senior housing in Wood Buffalo on behalf of the Government of Alberta. Contractors will be on-site, Thursday, October 8, to troubleshoot non-functioning alarms on the first floor. Tenants on the first floor will hear alarms go off anytime between 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. Please be advised that no action is required from tenants during the alarm tests.

Happy Autumn! 🍂With the leaves starting to fall, our crews will be onsite to complete grounds maintenance of outdoor public spaces at our properties over the next few weeks.

This work will include removing and disposing leaves, raking yards/lawns, as well as removing garden waste and animal waste.

We ask tenants to do your part to ensure proper disposal of waste in designated bins, and please pick up after your pets.
