Wood Buffalo Housing Wood Buffalo Housing (WBH) is a not-for- profit, arm’s length Part 9 subsidiary of the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo

WBH offers rental units at least 10 percent below market rates for the people of Fort McMurray, as well as the rural hamlets of Conklin, Janvier, Anzac and Fort Chipewyan. There are no income caps for this housing and anyone can apply. As a provincially designated Housing Management Body, WBH also manages social and senior housing in Wood Buffalo on behalf of the Government of Alberta. Please Note: Our administration office in the Provincial building will close at 2pm on Thursday, June 11 for the Annual Tenant Appreciation BBQ. All WBH tenants are invited to join us at the Meadow Creek Clubhouse on Millennium Gate for food, games and prizes!
