Key Release Day for my Buyers!
This one was a reminder that the right home isn’t always the first home
We started with a different property and thought we had found “the one.” After navigating multiple offers and having our offer accepted, the deal ultimately fell apart. At the time, it felt disappointing but looking back, it was a blessing in disguise.
A week later, this home came onto the radar.
A foreclosure meant a long wait, uncertainty, and plenty of nerves as deadlines approached. With a move coming up quickly, there were moments where it would have been easy to walk away and start over. Instead, my clients stayed patient, trusted the process, and kept moving forward.
That patience paid off.
They secured a beautiful family home in Parsons with a garage, income potential from the suite, and even better terms than we originally expected.
