I was so grateful to be part of yesterday’s celebration, share some of our newest eXp Realty listings, and connect with so many wonderful people and friends!

Something I haven’t shared much on here is that I’m actually half Filipino! My mom is originally from the Philippines, and seeing such a vibrant Filipino community here in Fort McMurray is honestly so heartwarming

I’m so proud of my Filipino roots. The people, the food, the culture, the dancing, and can we talk about the SINGING?! 🎤😍 I swear I heard some of the most incredible voices yesterday!

There’s something so special about being surrounded by a community that celebrates its culture with so much love, joy family & god ❤️

A beautiful new home for this sweet growing family!

They originally had their hearts set on a particular location, but after an inspection revealed a number of smaller repairs and updates that were starting to add up, they made the decision to walk away

With a brand new baby, the last thing they wanted was a long list of projects waiting for them understandably sooo!! ifykyk! 😴😊

We ended up revisiting a property we had previously considered, and it turned out to be an even better opportunity. A beautiful, turnkey home that was exactly what they needed for this next chapter🥹

Sometimes things don’t work out the way we originally planned, and that’s okay! Home inspections are there to help you make informed decisions, and sometimes walking away is the best decision you can make

SOLD 🏡

This one had a bit of a journey.

We received our first offer before we even had our first showing but unfortunately, that deal ended up falling through due to financing.

And if you’ve ever sold a home, you know how discouraging that can feel. You start thinking you’re at the finish line, only to find yourself right back on the market.

But sometimes you just have to trust the process. Not long after, another offer came in funny enough, they also wrote an offer before the scheduled viewing. 😂

And this time, we made it all the way to SOLD. 🏡

So grateful to the sellers for trusting me through the ups, downs, waiting, and uncertainty that can come with selling a home.

Now we count down to possession day. 🔑
