📊 Sunshine Coast Real Estate | August Market Update

July brought a noticeable pickup in activity on the Sunshine Coast, with detached home sales up 21.4% from June.

What does that mean? Buyers are still active, but with plenty of inventory available, pricing and presentation continue to matter. The market isn’t moving the same way for every property or price point, so the headline numbers only tell part of the story.

Feeling especially grateful for the beautiful forests,lakes, rivers and waterfalls were so fortunate to have here on the Sunshine Coast.
