Pending Sales: 10 ↓
Homes Sold: 15 ↑
The city saw a pretty noticeable drop in new listings this week, but pending sales picked up, which shows buyers are still out there and putting homes under contract. Sales came down from last week’s strong 45, but 33 homes still sold across the city.
In the county, new listings held steady at 15, while pending sales dipped a little and sold properties climbed to 15. Overall, there’s still a good amount of activity happening, even with the usual week-to-week changes.
As we get further into fall, we can expect inventory and buyer activity to shift pretty quickly. Pricing and presentation continue to make a big difference, especially when buyers have a few options to choose from.
