The city saw a bit of a slowdown this week, with new listings, pending sales, and sold numbers all easing. In the county, new listings held steady while pending and sold activity cooled from last week’s numbers. With fewer properties coming to market, inventory remains limited.

Overall, the market is settling into a steadier pace as we prepare for the school year, with buyers and sellers adjusting to the seasonal shift.
