I know the year isn't over yet so I will update these at the end of 2026 to see where the data ends up

New construction has seen arguably the biggest changes, especially the number of new homes being built i.e. # Sales over the years.

Just finished the July stats. Price in the City rebounded slightly, after a dip in June. Days on Market still very low, even though our inventory is higher than it's been in about 2 years
