Happy Father’s Day to the man who taught me that true leadership isn’t about words…it’s about example.

My dad has spent a lifetime showing me what integrity, hard work, kindness, and perseverance look like. He never asked anyone to follow him; he simply walked the path himself and showed others the way.

The greatest legacy isn’t what we leave behind…it’s the values we pass on, the lives we impact, and the example we set every day. I am incredibly grateful for the lessons, opportunities, support, and unwavering belief you’ve given me throughout my life.

As I step into this next chapter alongside you, I’m reminded that the foundation you’ve built wasn’t just a career or a business. It is a life lived with purpose, character, and service to others.
