Closing day on Fowler Lane. 🔑

This one is bittersweet. A beautiful limestone estate that held a lifetime of memories for one family, now handed off to begin a new chapter for another. Estate sales carry a different kind of weight. There's grief in letting go, and there's hope in what comes next.

Sometimes the best thing I can do for a client is slow things down.

We found a concern during status review on a condo she loved. I could have minimized it. I didn't. We talked through what it meant, what the risk looked like, and what our options were.

She didn't walk away — and I didn't push her to. She made an informed choice to move forward, and we negotiated accordingly to protect her financially.

She closes today! And she's going into this home knowing exactly what she signed up for.
