Sometimes the best thing I can do for a client is slow things down.
We found a concern during status review on a condo she loved. I could have minimized it. I didn't. We talked through what it meant, what the risk looked like, and what our options were.
She didn't walk away — and I didn't push her to. She made an informed choice to move forward, and we negotiated accordingly to protect her financially.
She closes today! And she's going into this home knowing exactly what she signed up for.
