We continue to sit in a balanced market, however inventory is increasing steadily. Detached homes are performing relatively well compared to last year, however, condos are seeing the largest decline in pricing, partly due to the HST rebate on pre-construction condos that was recently announced. Well priced homes in desirable areas are moving very quickly as of late, but the largest factor right now is a sharp price, as buyers certainly have options currently on the market with more coming each day.
