5 Lessons I’ve Learned From Gardening…
That apply to everyday life.
Don’t Compare Your Journey To Someone Else’s:
Comparison really is the thief of joy. The path that brought you here is impressive, personal, and entirely your own. Everyone moves through life differently, and that is what makes each of us unique.
Sometime We Have To Cut Things Away To Make Us Grow:
As difficult as it can be, growth sometimes requires us to let go of certain habits, people, or environments. In order to keep moving forward, we may have to release the things that no longer help us become the person our past self would be proud of.
Unexpected Things Can Grow When We Try Without Doubt:
One of the biggest things that can hold us back is fear of the unknown. However, when we move forward with good intentions and a genuine desire to bring joy to others through our actions, that fear can start to turn into excitement.
Be Weird, It’s More Interesting:
If we were all the same, life would be beige and boring. Being our true selves can feel lonely at times, but walking around with a pocket full of cherry tomatoes gives me a way to share my weirdness through joy.
Life Doesn’t Have To Be So Hard:
Even though life can be hard, we can still try to find the silver lining. Look for the joy, the humour, and the small moments of happiness wherever you can, especially when things feel heavy.
Thanks for being part of my journey.
