If I were in the market for a new home, here are 3 things I would never do:
📝 Skip Pre-Approval
Before you fall in love with a home, you need to know what your numbers actually look like. Not the “I think we can afford it” numbers. The real ones.
📍Ignore the Location
You can change paint, flooring, lighting, and finishes. You can’t move the house. Make sure the neighbourhood, commute, schools, and lifestyle actually work for you.
😍 Buy Based on Emotion Alone
It is so easy to get caught up in a beautiful kitchen or a perfect backyard, but you need to look at the full picture: condition, resale value, monthly costs, and whether the home truly fits your life.
Buying a home should feel exciting, but it should also feel informed.
