I am so excited to finally share the results of a project that has been very close to my heart lately. 🏠💙

Over the past few weeks, I’ve had the absolute privilege of sitting down with several Halifax residents to discuss their journeys with "downsizing." To be honest, calling it "downsizing" doesn't quite capture it—it’s a major life transition, and I am deeply honored that these individuals trusted me with their raw, honest life stories.

From the physical challenges of Halifax winters to the dream of retiring in Portugal, these interviews revealed that everyone’s "why" is different.
