Here are 3 Real Estate Tips🏡
1. Location really matters. Have a look at the schools, amenities, and parks in your desired neighborhood. Visit the area during different times of the day. I would even recommend going for a walk around the block.
2. Know your budget. Always talk to a mortgage broker to establish your budget, make sure you are pre-qualified and stay under budget if possible. That will allow you to have some flexibility and breathing room after the deal closes.
3. Use a trusted realtor. I would be more than happy to assist you with all your real estate needs!

Reflecting on a trip to Italy that meant the absolute world to our family. 🇮🇹❤️
As a proud sponsor of the Festa di Maria SS. del Monte, honoring the traditions from Racalmuto, Sicily the hometown of both my mom’s family and Luigi’s family. This trip touched my heart in so many ways. My amazing late father-in-law Michele Agro was one of the originals that brought this festival to Hamilton years ago, and being back in Sicily for the 40th anniversary of the twinning of our two cities was unforgettable.
Standing by Luigi and his brother Salvatore as they were honored alongside the Lo Sardo brothers at the monument Ciliu degli Emigrati thanks to Giancarlo Matteliano filled me with so much pride.
Having my mom in Racalmuto for the very first time was a gift in itself. Watching her discover our family connections including the fact that my Nonno and father-in-law were next-door neighbors is something I’ll never forget.
This trip showed our daughters where they come from and where love can take you. My love for my husband grows stronger every single day, and I am so grateful our girls get to see our roots, our faith, and our love in action. ✨

It was such a nice surprise to see her bring a copy of The Organized Realtor to the office and ask me to autograph it. Writing this book was simply my way of sharing the systems, lessons and experiences that have helped me throughout my real estate career, and it means a lot to know that others find value in it.
