Net Zero vs. Net Zero Ready... what's the difference? 🌿🏡

A Net Zero Ready home is built to the same high-performance standards as a Net Zero home, featuring exceptional insulation, airtight construction, high-performance windows, and energy-efficient systems. The only thing it doesn't have yet is the renewable energy source, such as solar panels.

That's exactly what we built for these homeowners. They chose to build Net Zero Ready and took the final step by adding solar panels after moving in, transforming their home into a Net Zero home that produces as much clean energy as it consumes over the course of a year.

A few weeks ago, we had the privilege of spending the day at the Huntsville Hospital Foundation Charity Golf Tournament on beautiful Bigwin Island as both participants and hole sponsors. ⛳💙

The day was about much more than golf. It was about coming together as a community to invest in the future of healthcare in Muskoka.
