Invermere and Columbia Valley Real Estate market update, September 2026 📊 The numbers are telling an interesting story.

September brought 48 sold listings — up 20% from September 2025, while the average sale price climbed 7.77% to $566,380.

And buyers are moving a little faster. Average days on market dropped 17.74% to 98.85 days.

But there is still plenty of choice. The Columbia Valley ended September with 403 active listings and 10.61 months of inventory, giving buyers room to compare properties and negotiate.
