H&H Homes Hamagami & Houghton Homes (H&H Homes) In nine short years, H&H Homes has established a reputation that we feel proud to stand behind.

Individually Designed...

Since 2008, H&H Homes has specialized in the design and build of custom family homes throughout the beautiful Okaganan. Each home we build is individually designed to take advantage of the surrounding terrain and the spectacular views the Okanagan Valley has to offer. Our company understands that today’s home buyers are looking for a quality product that possesses distinct features, while remaining price-point aware. Over the past number of years, our company has assembled a family of trades that possess years of industry experience and work diligently to provide a product that any home owner would appreciate. From foundation to finishing, our company combines skilled trades with superior materials to create a product that is not only built to last, but built to impress. We look forward to the prospect of building high-end custom homes and expanding into large scale land development projects throughout the Okanagan area. Jeff Houghton & Clark Hamagami

The beautiful spaces get a lot of attention. But sometimes, it’s the spaces that simply make life easier that make a home truly special.

At June Springs, that meant a spacious laundry room. A mudroom with built-in seating. Incredible storage between the garage and kitchen. A scullery that keeps the everyday mess tucked away.

And, because making life better can also mean making it more fun… a full sport court.

A custom home isn’t just about how it looks.

It’s about how it lives.

100 homes. One milestone that raised the bar.

Our 100th home, on Francis Avenue, was more than a milestone — it was a rewarding challenge that pushed us to think bigger, build smarter, and raise our standard moving forward.

A multi-family project that marked an important chapter in the H&H Custom Homes story, and set the tone for everything that came next.

Last week, we had to do some editing.

Twenty years of H&H meant a lot of people had a lot of things to say about Jeff — and unfortunately, that meant cutting down a pretty great message from two people who know him better than most.

That didn’t seem quite right. So here it is, in full.

Quinn Houghton & Blake Houghton, with a special message for their Dad. ❤️

Twenty years of H&H. And a pretty good reminder of what matters most.

Continuing our showcase of this beautiful custom home in June Springs, with a closer look at the heart of the home: the kitchen.

A generous island, warm finishes, thoughtful accessibility, and plenty of space to gather make this kitchen as functional as it is inviting. The open flow into the surrounding living spaces makes hosting, connecting, and everyday life feel effortless.

A kitchen designed to be lived in, shared, and loved.

We really love this one.

Continuing our look inside June Springs — this time, the bathrooms.

A beautiful soaker tub, carefully considered finishes, clean lines and craftsmanship that shows up in every detail.

Because even the most functional spaces deserve to feel a little special.

Busy day on site with so many familiar faces.

Grateful for the relationships we’ve built with so many of our trades over the years. Their expertise, commitment, and pride in what they do are a huge part of helping us build our clients’ dreams.

Couldn’t do it without them.

20 years ago today, Jeff took a leap.

He built a home. Then another. And another.

Two decades later, that leap has become hundreds of homes, an incredible team, countless relationships, and 20 years of H&H Custom Homes.

Today, we’re taking a moment to look back — and to say thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey.
Here’s to 20 years. 🥂
