Summer is in full swing, and June proved that momentum is officially back in the Central Okanagan with 458 total residential sales.

Condo sales jumped +26.9%, townhomes rose +11.3%, and single-family home sales climbed +5.3% compared to June 2025.

Total inventory is down 17.14% year to date.

I took a walk along the Kelowna waterfront boardwalk this past Saturday evening and was amazed to be the only one here. It’s times like these that remind me just how fortunate we are to live in such a beautiful city. 📍

The Central Okanagan spring market is gaining ground. Sales activity is up by 9.82% last month with 436 units sold in April compared to March’s 397 (and sits just behind the 446 sales from April last year).
Overall, we are tracking a very similar market to last year. The average single-family home price year-to-date is matching 2025 almost exactly, and homes are averaging 68 days to sell. The main difference right now is a tighter pool of inventory.
With the weather finally turning around, expect to see more beautiful homes hitting the market soon—so keep a close eye out! 🏡 📈 🔑 ☀️
