I am honoured to receive the 2025 President’s Gold Award and I am so grateful to everyone who worked with me.

On a personal note, 2025 was especially meaningful as I worked through nine months of pregnancy, welcoming my baby girl just as the year came to a close. Balancing the needs of my clients with the journey into motherhood was a rewarding challenge that made every success feel even more significant.

Despite the snow and cold, November was a strong month for the Central Okanagan real estate market, contributing to a year-to-date sales increase of 7.66%

Average prices for both single-family residential homes and condos has remained steady. Inventory is down across all categories, with many active listings being re-lists rather than new properties.

This inventory slow down is clearest in single-family residential listings, which dropped from 1,113 in September, to 920 in October, and then to 660 in November. We expect December’s new listing volume to be even less. If you have a fresh product ready to sell, now is the ideal time to list and showcase your home with minimal competition. 🏡
