🥾 Walk a lakeside trail before the crowds come back in summer

1. Clean gutters and check downspouts before the rain and snow.
2. Get your irrigation system blown out before the first hard frost.
3. Service your furnace or heat pump now, and keep the receipt for buyers.
4. Take photos of your yard and garden while it still looks great.
5. Start a list of every upgrade and the year you did it.
