This one is a good reminder that the market can change pretty quickly. We came out with a price we felt was right, and at the time, there really wasn’t much competing with us. Not long after, inventory started showing up, buyers suddenly had more options, and things got a little more interesting.
We had interest, some back and forth, and a few decisions to make along the way. But instead of reacting to every market change, we stayed patient, stood behind the home’s value, and kept working the conversations.
And it paid off.
We’ve now secured an accepted offer not far off where we set out to be from the beginning.
Still a few steps to go before the keys change hands, but I’m really happy for my clients and excited to help get this one across the finish line.
Sometimes the strategy isn’t about making the biggest move — it’s knowing when not to make one.
