This studio apartment right in the heart of Rutland is officially SOLD for my client who lives out of town.

Selling a property when you’re not right around the corner takes a little extra coordination, a lot of communication, and having someone local you can trust to keep an eye on all the moving pieces.

We got it marketed, negotiated, and across the finish line without my client needing to be here for every step of the process.

Really grateful for the trust and happy to see another one wrapped up.

With the fires in the area, changing road access, and trying to coordinate travel and paperwork around everything going on, it has been a bit of a scramble. But we kept moving forward.
