​👑 KING: Still the "Crown Jewel" of the North. With an average sales price of $2.6M+, King remains incredibly resilient. The 37 Days on Market shows that while the luxury buyer is active, they are being highly selective.
​🏙️ VAUGHAN: The engine of the 905. We saw a massive surge to 197 sales last month. With detached homes averaging $1.5M, Vaughan is proving to be the first choice for families looking for that perfect balance of city amenities and suburban space.
​🚜 BRADFORD: The "Value-to-Lifestyle" winner. Holding steady with detached homes at $1.04M, Bradford remains the primary target for those moving north for better inventory and more house for their dollar.
