When I think of what makes a great Realtor I think of work ethic, innovation, ability to market, sacrifice (putting clients first), honesty, and being an expert in the field. More than that it's about creating a personal experience, trust, and a lifetime relationship. The client should feel that if their friends & family were to use anyone BUT their Realtor they aren't being looked after as well a
s they deserve. Growing up in a small town like Kingston, everyone knows everyone, so reputation is everything in Business and I hope to create one that includes everything mentioned above. Growing up with my father being in real estate our family made a lot of moves. Real Estate has played a huge role in my life and because of that I have developed a passion for it. I love new experiences, meeting new people and find every aspect of the moving process exciting. I studied Marketing at both St Lawrence and Algonquin College. After I completed my courses at Algonquin I was extremely lucky to have the pleasure of working with another brokerage in Ottawa. They were extremely innovative and had a high value for training which made it easy for me to fall even more in love with this field. I was able to gain an understanding of what the Ottawa market looks like as well as what it takes to be successful in this industry. I look forward to providing my marketing knowledge, past experiences and the support of my knowledgeable and experienced team Nadeau Realty to all my clients past present and future.
