Still smiling about last Wednesday’s Bosley 4th
Annual BASH Golf Tournament in Toronto.

The sun was shining, the drinks were flowing, and for a few hours it felt like a vacation! (The most wonderful time of year)

Great people, lots of laughs, & a reminder that all those golf lessons last year paid off. Despite it being my first time on a golf course, our team used both my drive and my putt on the first hole!

When people found out it was my first time on a golf course, there were a few surprised faces including my own. Maybe I’ve finally found a sport that matches my skill set: sunshine, socializing, & cocktails

One day you’re negotiating offers. The next you’re standing in a hallway watching a home inspector emerge from an attic.

Today’s inspection was a good one!

Yesterday’s inspection uncovered a mould issue, but with the help of a fantastic local mould remediation company, we were able to get the information needed for my buyers and work through it with the sellers.

This is what buying a home really looks like, asking questions, investigating concerns, and making informed decisions every step of the way.

Fingers crossed for tomorrow’s inspection!

Last weeks closing is a reminder that some of the best partnerships in real estate happen behind the scenes.

A huge thank you to the out-of-town agent who trusted me with her niece and her partner as they searched for their first home here in Waterloo Region. Referrals are one of the greatest compliments we can receive, and I am always grateful for that trust.
