Cranson Capital Securities is pleased to announce the successful closing of the $5.0 million private placement for Pinemount 250 Danforth Pref LP.

The offering was fully subscribed and will provide a short-term bridge loan supporting the pre-development of Pinemount's proposed 208-unit purpose-built rental project in Scarborough.

We would like to thank the investors who participated in this financing and Pinemount Developments for the opportunity to work together on this transaction.
