We are excited to officially welcome Cale Vanderveen to the Polocorp and Urban Initiatives team.

Cale is a Registered Professional Planner with more than a decade of experience across development, urban design, and land use planning consulting. His work has taken him throughout the Greater Golden Horseshoe, including Halton Region, Niagara, Hamilton, and Toronto.

He brings experience navigating complex projects of all scales, from mixed-use developments and student housing to major high-rise residential projects.

Most importantly, we are happy to have another experienced and thoughtful planner joining our team.
