The spring market has officially arrived, and buyers are finally in the driver's seat.

✅ Inventory is at its highest level in 11 years
✅ Over 4,000 homes currently for sale
✅ Buyers have more choice, more time, and more negotiating power

While overall sales were down 5.9% compared to last May, activity increased nearly 11% from April, showing that buyers are actively entering the market.

📈 May Sales:
🏠 Single-Family Homes: 385 sold (-4%)
🏢 Condos: 188 sold (-14.9%)
🏘️ Townhomes: 98 sold (+8.9%)

Despite changing market conditions, home values have remained relatively stable:
