This is a panel in an older home, someone upgraded the feed to the garage and stole the breaker for the oven.

This person spliced the oven with the dryer in a hidden location, this is a hazard and needs to be fixed!

Yes you need a home inspection to find the hidden things you can't see till you get a chance to dig deeper!

Even though this AC installation was inspected by the city, the wire is undersized for the size of breaker!!

This could be a fire hazard. The most likely answer is that someone changed the breaker after the original install.

The wire either needs to be run with the proper gauge or the breaker changed out to be safe.

Yes you need a home inspection!!

A roofer removed and finished over the bathrooms vent on the roof. This left the hot moist air venting into the attic for way to long! This can cause damage to the roof decking and growth issues.

Yes you need a home inspection, this buyer was able to have the seller fix the vent and knows about the risks.

Client was missing a heat register in the livingroom. When a reno was done the flooring was installed over it. Good thing I have the tools to find the hidden secrets of the home !!

With out a home inspection this client would not have known there was an active leak from a bathroom.

If they hadn't learned of this issue they would have had to learn about it when the ceiling started to drip.

Always get a pre-purchase home inspection!!
