It’s usually not the paint colour or the countertops… it’s the things that affect everyday life after the excitement of moving in wears off.

One of the biggest mistakes buyers make is focusing only on how a home looks—and not enough on how it actually fits their day-to-day life.
​
Here are a few things that often lead to buyer regret later on:

- The commute – That “perfect” house can feel a lot less perfect after weeks of a stressful drive to work, school, or errands.
