The amount of homes I walk into with buyers that are not cleaned, not showing-ready and smell terrible is honestly concerning.

The other day, I had three showings with the same client. At all three homes, we barely made it three steps through the front door before deciding we didn’t even want to see the rest of the house.

That is how quickly a first impression can kill a showing.

If you’re selling your home, buyers should not be walking in and immediately thinking about the smell, the dirty carpets or what clearly hasn’t been cleaned. They should be picturing themselves living there.

And if your Realtor isn’t helping you understand what needs to be cleaned, fixed or prepared before your home hits the market… it might be time to ask whether you have the right Realtor.

First impressions matter — and sometimes you only get about three steps to make one. 👀🏡

Okay everyone… after so many people asked why we only entered one dog into the London Humane Society calendar contest, we decided to enter BOTH 🐾🤍

The best part about all of this is that every single vote and donation goes directly toward helping animals in need through the London Humane Society. Seeing over $1,300 raised already honestly means so much knowing it’s helping provide care, shelter, food, and support for animals waiting for their forever homes 🥹

Right now Max is sitting at $750 raised and Marley is at $560 raised — putting them in 1st & 2nd place right now!!

Points are also DOUBLED TODAY ONLY, so every vote truly makes a huge impact. We’re now trying to keep BOTH pups in the top 2 spots 🏆🐶
