WREC members are invited to NAIOP’s annual Development Challenge! This is the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on commercial real estate experience, network with senior industry leaders, and compete for cash prizes.

Participants will showcase their skills through a written case study and an in-person finals presentation. And don’t worry if you don’t have prior case competition experience, the challenge includes a series of upcoming educational sessions to help guide your team.

Deadline: Register by July 1st, 2026.
