Since 2008 Doxtator Property Maintenance has provided quality and professional commercial and residential lawn and landscape maintenance for the Oneida Nation of the Thames, Chippewa of the Thames First Nation, Munsee-Delaware Nation, and London area. Doxtator Property Maintenance provides lawn maintenance and snow and ice control management for the Oneida Nation of the Thames, Chippewa of the Thames First Nation, Munsee-Delaware Nation, Strathroy-Caradoc Township and South London areas.

Happy September!

Just want to take a moment and provide some updates following a busy summer season.

Oneida Aging at Home Program: this program through the health centre has ended for the year, homeowners wishing to have services beyond August 31, 2026 are now required to pay 100% of the service costs out of pocket. Please call if you wish to schedule any further services for 2026.

Week of September 26, 2026: Doxtator Property Maintenance will temporarily suspended operations from Thursday September 24, 2026 to Monday September 28, 2026, resuming operations on Tuesday September 29, 2026. We will unable to schedule any services during this time as bossman Justin celebrates his marriage to bosswife Katelyn on Saturday September 26, 2026.

With the excitement and team busy with wedding day this Saturday, for the first time in many years we will not be participating in the Oneida Fall Fair parade or running the lawn mower races, while we will miss you all this year, we are beyond excited to celebrate with friends and family, We hope to return next year should we continue on for 2027.

We are almost caught up following some staffing challenges, health issues, rain days and mechanical issues we have faced over the last 3 to 4 weeks. 2026 has been a challenege to say the least and we appreciate those that have remained as patient as possible during delays, our 2026 is not the same as the past 2 years at Doxtator Property Maintenance with decreased staff and revenue this season to help keep things running. When one of us is sick, it really backs up the schedule but the other 2 try to maintain the best we can, sometimes finding an extra helper along the way.

We don't know if we will be operational in 2027 yet, however, if we do, we will do so with a fresh outlook, a fresh mission and our normal standard of service, should we decided to continue next season. An announcement will come over the winter once changes are discussed and decision has been finalized.

Back to normal operations today Monday July 20, 2026 following a brief pause last Thursday and Friday for employee safety as I have underlying health conditions that made working in the smoke last week, hazardous.

Oneida Seniors Program:

Doxtator Property Maintenance has recieved our client list and vouchers for the 2026 lawn care program through the aging at home program at the Oneida Health Centre.

We are organizing and setting a schedule, our first round of service will commence early next week as there is 1 voucher for the month of May 2026.

If you are a returning customer we will reach out to verify the service you require and any additional fees you will be responsible after the cost covered by the voucher for each service.

To new clients or clients that haven't been on our service within a couple season, we will be reaching out to confirm service required and any additional fees that maybe applicable on top of the amount covered with the program voucher.

We look forward to connecting over the next couple of days and providing services this season for you and your property.

Good afternoon,

I would like to apologize if you have been trying to reach out for an estimate or schedule service.

With a reduction in staff this season, I am back to driving and working daily with the mowing crew and leaving less time daily to return calls and view properties for quotes.

Doxtator Property Maintenance – Payment Policy
Effective April 1, 2026

At Doxtator Property Maintenance, we take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality services to all of our clients. To ensure we can continue operating efficiently and maintain the level of service you expect, timely payment is essential.

Residential Clients
Payment for all residential services is due immediately upon completion of the rendered service. If an invoice remains unpaid prior to the next scheduled service, all future services will be placed on hold until the account is brought into good standing.

Commercial Clients
All commercial invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Accounts that are not in good standing beyond this period will have services suspended until full payment is received and the account is brought up to date.
