Spent the morning at the office learning more about septic system inspections and what buyers and sellers should be aware of when dealing with rural properties.

A septic system is one of those things that’s easy to overlook — until it becomes a very expensive problem. Understanding inspections, maintenance, and warning signs can make a huge difference during a real estate transaction.
