Canvassing with Rukshan Para, and I am more convinced than ever.

This is not about slogans. It is about our kids, our schools, and our future.

Rukshan has dedicated over 20 years to young people in our community, including leading YPAM, Young People Achieving Milestones, as Chairman and President. He knows our families, he knows our schools, and he knows what our students need to succeed.

He is running for Public School Board Trustee in Markham Wards 5 and 7 to build stronger schools and better communities, for families in Cornell, Wismer, Greensborough, Berczy, and Unionville.

When you see him at your door, ask him anything. He will listen, and he will answer honestly. That is the kind of leadership our children deserve.

Achieving Excellence Together.

Vote for Rukshan Para, Public School Board Trustee, Markham Wards 5 and 7.

Why is someone this young running for city council? 👀

I sat down with Thamiraa Ragikaran, a Ward 5 resident and one of the youngest candidates in this election, to ask her why she is running, what her priorities are, and why Ward 5 residents should vote for her.

Her answer is simple: leadership that puts you first. A fresh voice for the next generation, someone who actually lives here and wants to build a Ward 5 that works for young families, for our parents, and for the future of Markham.

Watch the full interview and tell me what you think in the comments 👇

🗳️ Voting is open now: online until October 26, and in person October 23 to 26

Most agents don't fail because of talent. They fail because they run their business on sticky notes and memory.

That's why I built the Elevate Agent Planner for my agents. Everything in one app: daily actions, prospecting, client events, schedule, deals, top clients, triple plays, referrals, social content, compass, vision board and notes. One place to plan your day, stay on track, and actually follow up.

This isn't something you buy. It's exclusive to RE/MAX Elevate agents.

If you're an agent who wants structure, coaching and a brokerage that invests in your growth, come see what we're building.

I can’t believe this week marks officially ONE YEAR since our grand opening.

Looking through these photos from last year brings back so many memories—what started as an exciting new chapter has quickly grown into a powerhouse family of 30+ incredible agents. To our clients, team, and community who have backed us from day one: thank you for making year one unforgettable.
