A great home inspector. Professional photography. Staging (shout out Professional Home Styling Services 🙌). A solid real estate lawyer. And good real estate advice.

Could you find cheaper options for all of them? Absolutely.

But when you’re buying or selling what is probably your biggest asset, cheap can get expensive really fast. 👀
